Announcing a New Resource for Elections: Know Your Vote NOLA

Voters Organized to Educate is excited to announce the launch of our new website Know Your Vote NOLA. We are a political organization working to empower voters, non-voters and those whose voting rights have been taken away through incarceration. The mission of Know Your Vote NOLA is to educate New Orleanians about voting rights, voting processes, and voting information, to ensure they are registered and informed on election day.

Know Your Vote NOLA is your informational ally during election season. This website is equipped with tools that allow you to find your polling place, view the races on your ballot, compare candidates’ positions side-by-side, print out your own voting guide that you can bring with you to the polls, and much more.

The candidates within each race have personally responded to a variety of questions that are of particular importance to our community, giving you the chance to identify which candidates are focused on your particular areas of interest and need. We feel that it is important for all citizens of New Orleans to have a resource guide that details how our candidates propose to balance public safety and advocate for the needs of those directly impacted by our criminal justice system here in Louisiana.

Voters Organized to Educate looks forward to being your comprehensive resource for elections in the future.
